Items are shipped within 3-6 business days. If you need the item shipped sooner please let us know.
Shipping is made through Royal Mail First Class Standard delivery. Please note that standard deliveries DO NOT INCLUDE TRACKING NUMBER. If you wish to upgrade or use another service such as Registered mail please let me know.

I also offer a pick up option from my studio in Hackney if you live in London.
I like recycling as much packing material as possible, so please let me know if you have any special request.
Returns
All of my products are handmade and unique. All sales are final.
If the piece is damage during shipping, please send an email with photo of the damage piece within 24hr upon receiving to arrange a replacement or repayment.
Payment
All payments are made via PayPal. You do not need PayPal account in order to make a payment.

All pieces are for sale and made with non-toxic clays and glazes, unless otherwise stated.
Items are dishwasher safe though hand washing is recommended to keep them looking lovely!.
